左西替利嗪二盐酸盐是西替利嗪的R-对映体,可用于治疗季节性过敏性鼻炎和慢性特发性荨麻疹。肝脏可代谢14%的左西替利嗪,而其余的可通过尿液被排出体外。左西替利嗪对组胺的反应相对于西替利嗪较高。
