一般說明

缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是一种120kD的碱性螺旋环螺旋蛋白,属于PAS转录因子超家族。在激活缺氧诱导基因转录上起关键作用。还可激活NIP3编码基因表达,Nip3蛋白在长期缺氧条件下会诱导细胞凋亡。HIF-1α单克隆抗体可用于免疫染色法HIF-1α定位。它还可用于蛋白印迹分析。小鼠抗HIF-1α抗体与绵羊、小鼠、大鼠、雪貂和人的HIF1α亚基特异性反应。

人 HIF-1α 蛋白 432-528 位氨基酸对应的肽。

應用

单克隆抗 HIF-1α 抗体(1:500 稀释)可用于免疫荧光共聚焦显微镜检查。也可用于免疫印迹、免疫沉淀和免疫组化。
