氢化可的松已被用作少突胶质细胞、结肠细胞和上皮细胞培养基的补充剂。。

生化/生理作用

氢化可的松(也称为皮质醇)是由肾上腺分泌的一种内源性糖皮质激素。它由下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴产生。氢化可的松能够糖皮质激素受体相互作用,并调节各种信号通路。它与能量调动的诱导、脑灌注率的增加和局部葡萄糖消耗有关。此外,这一物质还与心血管输出量和呼吸的增加、血液的重新分配、大脑和肌肉中分子和能量输送以及免疫反应的调节有关。
肾上腺皮质分泌的原始糖皮质激素。它的抗炎效力是皮质酮的三倍,但 Na2+ 保留效力要低得多。

外觀

室温粉末;按照工作液量分装后冻存,避免反复冻融

重構

如需制备50μg/ml的储备溶液,可向1.0 mg产品中加入1 ml无水乙醇,轻轻晃动使其溶解,加入19 ml无菌培养基。
