高尔基体分离试剂盒提供了一种通过不连续密度梯度分离法从哺乳动物软组织中分离高尔基膜的方法。通过测定UDP-半乳糖转移酶的活性，或者采用适当的抗体免疫检测B-COP或GM130等高尔基体特异性标志物蛋白，来测定高尔基体的富集程度（货号：分别为G6160和G7295）。其他细胞器的分离可采用Sigma提供的相应标志物检测试剂盒检测（货号：CS0780、CYTOCOX1、CY0100和CAT100）。
