生化/生理作用

胆甾-3,5-二烯是一种氧固醇,一种通过自氧化的胆固醇衍生物。Oxysterols 是胆固醇稳态的非基因组调节因子。它的生物学作用有蛋白质异戊烯化、细胞凋亡、鞘脂代谢调节和血小板聚集。氧固醇与肝 X 受体结合,调节胆固醇流出并减少细胞对胆固醇的摄取。
