生化/生理作用
每摩尔胶原蛋白酶被4g原子钙活化。 它被乙二醇-双(β-氨基乙基醚)-N,NN′,N′-四乙酸,β-巯基乙醇、谷胱甘肽、巯基乙酸和8-羟基喹啉抑制。
胶原酶产物是 C. histolyticum分泌的酶混合物,可通过分泌酶中10-18个组分的相对比率来区分不同的产物。 其主要成分是两种胶原酶、梭菌蛋白酶、和一种中性蛋白酶。 这些酶的协同作用可降解胶原蛋白和其他细胞内物质。胶原酶和中性蛋白酶的作用对于从组织中有效释放细胞均是必需的。 各种类型的胶原蛋白都是胶原酶的天然底物。
注意
未开封的产品可在-20°C下稳定保存一年。在37℃、50℃和-20℃下储存30天,FALGPA或蛋白酶活性无损失。如果将粗制胶原酶溶液分装(10 mg/mL)后快速冷冻并冷藏在-20℃下,可稳定保存。后续的冻融循环将破坏溶液。若将本品放在冰上,可在7小时内保持100%活性。
