m-Endo Agar LES 可用于膜过滤水中的大肠杆菌计数。该方法比MPN多重测试更可靠、更精确。它遵循使用十二烷基硫酸盐肉汤（目录号17349）作为初步富集的两步膜过滤程序，可获得更高的大肠杆菌计数。

準備報告

将51克悬浮于1升含有20毫升96％乙醇的蒸馏水中。煮沸至完全溶解。请勿高压灭菌！冷却至45-50°C，并在50-60 mm培养皿中分装4毫升，并待其固化。琼脂的深度至少应为1.5mm。请勿将培养皿暴露在直射的阳光下。
