一般說明

V型胶原是纤维型胶原蛋白,存在于肺、骨、胎膜中,与I型胶原共分布。位于细胞外基质,含量偏低。

應用

人类V型胶原蛋白已用于荧光偏振(FP)分析和表面等离子共振(SPR)技术研究高内皮细胞微静脉蛋白(high endothelial venule protein, hevin)和人V型胶原的相互作用。还用于孵育96孔板,用于测定基质和成纤维细胞裂解物中的蛋白水平。

生化/生理作用

V型胶原可调节角膜和皮肤真皮中的胶原纤维形成。与基质胶原和结构蛋白相互作用,共同维持组织的结构完整性。V型胶原水平偏低会导致角膜透明度的丧失和Ehlers-Danlos综合征(皮肤弹性过度综合征)。

外觀

液体,在0.1 M醋酸(pH 3.0)中。 没有添加防腐剂。

準備報告

通过人胎膜胃蛋白酶提取物的连续盐沉淀和DEAE-纤维素色谱纯化。

儲存和穩定性

将未稀释的分装样品保存于-20°C,最长12个月。请勿解冻和重新冷冻。
