烯胆甾烷醇是存在于人母乳中的胆固醇代谢物。烯胆甾烷醇由烯胆甾烷醇5-去饱和酶分解为7-脱氢胆固醇，这是胆固醇的前体。烯胆甾烷醇-d7是烯胆甾烷醇的氘代衍生物。
應用

生化／生理作用
