General description

As the first generation of silicia based SEC columns, the TSKgel G4000SW columns provide excellent separation of proteins and other biomolecules. TSKgel G4000SW columns are available in 13μm particle size in Glass and Stainless Steel analytical columns. Particle sizes of 13 and 17μm are used to pack 30cm and 60cm x 21.5mm ID columns, respectively, for semi-preparative purifications.

Physical form

Shipped in 0.05% NaN3 and 0.1 mol/L Na2SO4 in 0.1 M phosphate buffer, pH 6.7.
