General description
mFluor Violet 450 is suitable for multi-color flow cytometry applications. It has an excitation max at 406 nm and emission max at 445 nm and displays an excitation coefficient at 35,000 cm-1 M-1. These spectral properties make them an excellent replacement for Pacific Blue labeling dye. It has reasonable stability, good reactivity and selectivity with amino groups in proteins. It is suitable for labeling monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies.
Application
Flow Cytometry: Excitation: 406 nm, Emission: 445 nm
Note: Actual optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user as specimens, and experimental conditions may vary with the end user
