Reagent-cartridge Amide formation is a reagent cartridge for the Synple 2 Automated Synthesizer that enables the amide coupling of carboxylic acids and amines. The cartridge contains all necessary reagents for amide coupling and purification.
Scale: up to 0.5 mmol
Compatible substrates: carboxylic acids, primary and secondary alkyl amines
