BM chemiluminescence western blotting substrate (POD) has been used along with horseradish peroxidase-coupled secondary antibodies, to visualize cells on the membranes.

Features and Benefits

Sensitivity: <10pg antigen in western blots. Shows at least 10-fold higher sensitivity than other nonradioactive or radioactive detection systems on PVDF membranes (using β-galactosidase, anti-β-galactosidase, or anti-mouse IgG-POD, Fab fragments).
