Cortisone. Crossreactivities were tested using an ELISA with cortisone-3-cmo-x-biotin: cortisol (3.4%); 11-Deoxycortisol (0.6%); 11-Dehydrocorticosterone (0.6%); Tetrahydrocortisone (0.2%); Cortisoterone, Deoxycortiscosterone, Pregesterone, Aldosterone (<0.1%); Allotetrahydrocortisol, Tetrahydrocortisol, Cortol, Cortolone, 11-Hydroxyetiochoranolone (<0.01%).
