General description
Pre-loaded resin for synthesis of peptide acids containing a C-terminal glycine amino-acid residue by Fmoc SPPS.
This pre-loaded Wang resin is prepared using a synthesis-tested base resin, to ensure reproducibility and efficacy in SPPS. Loading of the Fmoc-amino acid is carried out under conditions to minimize enantiomerization and dipeptide formation, the values of which are provided on the COA. The lot number of the batch of Fmoc-amino acid used to prepare the resin is also provided on the COA, to provide transparency and traceability.
