General description
Application
- Screening, library-assisted identification and validated quantification of 23 benzodiazepines, flumazenil, zaleplone, zolpidem and zopiclone in plasma: This study demonstrates the application of liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry with atmospheric pressure chemical ionization for the screening and quantification of various compounds in plasma, utilizing the high-resolution capabilities of the Superspher 60 RP-select B column (Kratzsch et al., 2004).
- Screening, library-assisted identification and validated quantification of fifteen neuroleptics and three of their metabolites in plasma: Employing liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry with atmospheric pressure chemical ionization, this study utilized the Superspher 60 RP-select B to detect and quantify neuroleptics in plasma, showcasing its utility in pharmaceutical and clinical research (Kratzsch et al., 2003).
- Validated assay for quantification of oxcarbazepine and its active dihydro metabolite 10-hydroxycarbazepine in plasma: This research highlights the column′s application in therapeutic drug monitoring using atmospheric pressure chemical ionization liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry, reflecting its precision and reliability in clinical pharmacology (Maurer et al., 2002).
