General description

QIAcard FTA Gene (100) is a non-indicating three sample regions framed card utilized for the transportation, preservation, and collection of blood, cells, and tissue that are pigmented biological material.

Application

QIAcardQ FTA Gene (100) has been used for:
  • molecular biology and amplifying the whole genome
  • identification of animals, insects, and transgenics
  • genomics and plasmid screening
  • medical transfusions and human leukocyte antigen (HLA) typing
  • drug development and short tandem repeat (STR) analysis
  • testing food and agriculture

Sample integrity is optimized when FTA Cards are stored in a Multi-Barrier Pouch with a Desiccant Packet.
