TNS4 (Tensin 4) is a signaling molecule localized in the prostate and placenta. It is a member of the TENSIN gene family. It has a Src homology 2 and phosphotyrosine-binding domains. Its expression has been observed in the early progression of melanoma cells.

It has been predicted that TNS4 could be a prognostic marker for primary melanoma.
