PF-04802367 (PF-367) is a potent and specific ATP-competitive inhibitor of glycogen synthase kinase 3 (GSK-3α/β) with an IC₅₀ value of 2.3 nM and >450-fold selectivity for GSK-3 in a panel of >400 neuroreceptors, enzymes and kinases. GSK-3 dysregulation has been implicated in the pathogenesis of neurological diseases including Alzheimer′s disease.
