IP-10はCXCR3受容体を介してシグナルを伝達するCXCケモカインです。IP-10はTh1リンパ球と単球を選択的に化学的に誘引し、サイトカインで刺激された造血前駆細胞の増殖を阻害します。また、血管平滑筋細胞に対して抗血管新生作用と細胞分裂促進作用を示します。組み換えラットIP-10は、CXCケモカインで保存された4つのシステイン残基が含まれた77個のアミノ酸残基からなる8.6 kDaのタンパク質です。

再構成
バイアルは、開封前に遠心してください。0.1～1.0 mg/mLの濃度となるよう水で再構成してください。ボルテックスは行わないでください。この溶液は2～8°Cで1週間まで保存できます。長期保存の際は、キャリアタンパク質(0.1% BSAなど)を含有するバッファーで希釈し、1回使用量ごとに分けて-20～-80°Cで保存することをお勧めします。
