Sphingosine kinase 1a is useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Sphingosine kinase 1a has been used in a study to assess the design of sphingosine kinase inhibitors to promote apoptosis of chemotherapeutic resistant cancer cells. Sphingosine kinase 1a has also been used in a study to investigate novel biomarkers for early prostate cancer detection.

調製ノート

氷上で解凍してください。最初に解凍した際、チューブを軽く遠心して内容物を完全に回収してください。酵素液は一回の使用量ずつ分注してください。分注された希釈前の酵素を-70°Cで保存してください。注:酵素は凍結解凍の繰り返しに非常に弱いので、注意してください。
