アプリケーション

Esterase Isoenzymes may be used to identify the monocytic element in normal and leukemic cells . They may be used for the biochemical characterization of different hematopoietic cell lineages and stages of differentiation when studying leukemias and lymphomas. Esterase Isoenzyme 5, product 53564, is recombinant and from porcine liver. It is expressed in E. coli.

生物化学的/生理学的作用

An esterase is a hydrolase that splits esters into acids and alcohols.
