アプリケーション

HiCrome Aureus寒天ベースは、環境試料から凝固酵素陽性黄色ぶどう球菌を単離して(合成予定化合物に)展開するのに推奨されます。凝固酵素陽性黄色ぶどう球菌は黒褐色のコロニーを作りますが、表皮ぶどう球菌は黄褐色のコロニーを作ります。

調製ノート

Suspend 63.1 g in 950 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilise by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 min. Cool to 50°C and aseptically add 50 ml concentrated Egg Yolk Tellurite Emulsion (Cat. No. 75208). Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
