General description

This Certified Spiking Solution® is suitable for testing flubromazolam by HPLC, GC/MS or LC-MS/MS methods in forensic analysis, clinical toxicology, urine drug testing, and cannabis potency or impurity profiling testing applications.

Flubromazolam, a psychoactive compound, is a triazole analog of the designer benzodiazepine, flubromazepam.

Application

The Certified Reference Material (CRM) in solution can also be used as follows:

  • Residue analysis of nine designer benzodiazepines (DBZDs) in serum samples after their liquid-liquid extraction by non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis coupled with tandem mass spectrometry(MS/MS)
  • Simultaneous determination of 11 designer benzodiazepines from urine samples by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)
  • Ultra high-performance liquid chromatography-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UHPLC-TOF-MS) method based separation and quantification of designer benzodiazepines from serum samples following their liquid-liquid extraction
  • Combination of parallel artificial liquid membrane extraction (PALME) with UHPLC-MS/MS to determine benzodiazepines, designer benzodiazepines, and z-hypnotics from whole blood samples
  • Urine analysis for the testing of 28 designer benzodiazepines reversed phase-LC combined with high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS)

Features and Benefits

  • Fully characterized under ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 17034 accreditation
  • Accompanied with a comprehensive Certificate of Analysis (CoA) with data on stability, homogeneity, accuracy of concentration, uncertainty, and traceability
  • Rigorously tested through real-time stability studies to ensure accuracy and shelf life
  • Gravimetrically prepared using qualified precision balances to ensure minimal uncertainty
  • Flame sealed under argon into ampoules for long-term shelf life
  • Offered in a convenient, DEA-exempt format to improve laboratory efficiency
