Yc-1作为缺氧诱导因子1α (HIF-1α)抑制剂,用于:
- 减少心肌细胞(CM)中缺氧诱导Jagged1的表达

生化/生理作用
YC-1激活可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶,防止血小板聚集和血管收缩。具有治疗循环系统疾病的潜力。Yc-1还具有在体外抑制缺氧诱导因子1α (HIF-1α)活性的能力。可作为潜在的抗血管生成抗癌剂。
