生化/生理作用
p-苯二胺会引起皮肤过敏反应。它被广泛用于染发剂中。它最终会形成Bandrowski′s碱,其被发现是引起过敏的主要原因。p-苯二胺暴露会导致皮炎、荨麻疹和过敏反应。它可起电子供体的作用,已报道其可还原细胞色素c。
