一般說明
多聚鸟苷酸形成4股螺旋结构。它在嗜热栖热菌(Thermus thermophilus)多聚核苷酸磷酸化酶催化下、以鸟苷二磷酸(GDP)为底物合成。
應用
多聚鸟苷酸钾盐已用于:
- 在内化研究中作为表面神经纤毛蛋白-1(NRP1)的配体
- 用于伏安法研究其与三取代和双取代三唑连接苯基衍生物CL41、CL42和CL2r50之间的相互作用
- 作为人工合成的多聚核苷酸,用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析
聚鸟苷酸(PolyG)可用于研究电离辐射对G-四链体结构的形成和稳定性的影响,还可用作鸟苷电子激发(振动光谱)物理化学研究的目标分子。
生化/生理作用
