酪氨酸 (Tyr) 是一种芳香族氨基酸,是儿茶酚胺、甲状腺激素、黑色素等几种重要底物的前体。一种降解酪氨酸的酶(如尿黑酸氧化酶或苯丙氨酸 4-羟化酶)的缺乏导致罕见的遗传性代谢紊乱。
適合性
适于检测多种生物样品中的酪氨酸。
原則
酪氨酸比色分析试剂盒提供了一种简单的测定生物样品中酪氨酸的方法(范围为 5-75 nmole/孔)。通过测定比色产物测定酪氨酸,492 nm 处的吸光度 (A492) 与酪氨酸含量成正比。
