原則
荧光硫醇定量试剂盒可提供超灵敏的测定,可用于定量小分子中的硫醇含量。专有的硫醇感受分子在与含硫醇的化合物反应时可产生强荧光加合物(λex = 490/λem = 520 nm)。此外,硫醇加合物的吸收和发射光谱均与pH无关,使得该测定试剂盒非常稳定。该试剂盒可在100 μL测定体积(10 nM).内检测低至1 皮摩尔的半胱氨酸或GSH。可使用96或384多孔板形式方便地进行测定。
