原則
在该测定中,髓过氧化物酶催化次氯酸的形成,次氯酸与牛磺酸反应形成牛磺酸氯胺。牛磺酸氯胺与发色团 TNB 反应,形成无色产物 DTNB。一个单位的髓过氧化物酶活性定义为在 25℃ 下,每分钟水解底物并产生牛磺酸氯胺以消耗 1.0 μmole TNB的酶量。
