一般說明

甘露聚糖是酵母细胞壁的主要多糖成分,在自然中广泛存在,包括植物、细菌、酵母等生物。作为高度分支的多糖分子,α-1,6骨架连接α-1,2-和α-1,3-键两种甘露糖侧链。

應用

本品(酿酒酵母来源甘露聚糖)已用于包被微孔板,通过甘露聚糖结合酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)定量测定甘露糖结合凝集素(MBL)。
来自酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)的甘露聚糖已被用于评估人单核细胞和肺泡巨噬细胞对禽分枝杆菌复合物的非调理吸收。 它也被用于研究来自于Croccus sativum的新的凝集素。

生化/生理作用

甘露聚糖具有抗增殖、抗氧化和免疫调节等多种生物特性。可用作硬化剂组分和乳化稳定剂。甘露聚糖也参与病原体黏附抑制、细菌生长调节和免疫应答增强。
