  • 处理人永生化角质形成细胞系(HaCaT)和人黑色素瘤细胞系(GLL19)以诱导衰老
  • 孵育脑切片，进行溴脱氧尿苷 (BrdU)/NeuN染色
  • 细胞增殖测定，孵育体外实验所用的神经干细胞(NE-4C)

生化／生理作用

过氧化氢(H2O2)主要用于创口清洁。它可以通过氧化爆发和产生局部氧气来杀死病原体。H2O2可充当信号传导分子或第二信使。它以多种方式在基因表达中发挥关键作用。H2O2参与炎症调节。
