一般說明

游离甘油检测试剂通过准确的偶联酶反应方法检测内源性游离甘油水平,无需初始的脂肪酶水解步骤。不同于甘油三酯一般会与蛋白质结合并在血浆中运输,游离甘油在血液中单独循环。该创新方法涉及甘油三酯通过酶促或碱性水解释放甘油和游离脂肪酸用于准确检测。

血清甘油三酯检测试剂盒(货号TR0100)提供检测血清或血浆样本中的甘油、实际甘油三酯或总甘油三酯的完备方案。通过脂肪酶将甘油三酯水解为甘油和游离脂肪酸,再由F6428产品通过偶联酶反应实现准确定量 。

与市面上其他甘油三酯检测试剂不同的是,该方法可以区分内源性甘油和甘油三酯脂解甘油。这种先进技术让研究人员可以优异的准确度和可靠性分析甘油浓度。

應用

游离甘油检测试剂用于酶法测定血清或血浆中的甘油水平。也用于检测脂肪组织脂解释放的甘油。

生化/生理作用

甘油在甘油激酶(GK)作用下磷酸化,和ATP(腺苷-5′-三磷酸)生成甘油-1-磷酸(G-1-P)和ADP(腺苷-5′-二磷酸)。G-1-P随后被磷酸甘油氧化酶(GPO)氧化为磷酸二羟基丙酮(DAP)和过氧化氢(H2O2)。最后由过氧化物酶(POD)催化过氧化氢(H2O2)和4-氨基安替比林(4-AAP)、N-乙基-N-(3-磺丙基)甲氧基苯胺钠(ESPA)偶联生成醌亚胺染料,其吸光度在540 nm处最大。540 nm处的吸光度增量与样品中的游离甘油浓度成正比。该试剂盒提供游离甘油检测的可靠方法,实现生化样本的准确评估。
