When centrifuging at high rotational speeds or high temperatures, push the supplied sleeve over the wide-neck bottle. The 400 mL wide-neck bottle does not fit under the cap of the rectangular bucket for therotor A-4-81. It is autoclavable (121C, 20 mins).
