一般說明
细胞色素C(Cyt C)是重要的线粒体蛋白质,位于线粒体膜内叶。在细胞核中编码为apo-细胞色素C。细胞色素C结合在膜上,或作为能量传递膜中的可溶性金属蛋白,存在于细菌、古菌和质体中。属于IIa类细胞色素,含有五配位血红素中心。
