Baseclick EdU In Vivo Kit为全部动物的细胞增殖检测提供了替代BrdU 及[[3H]thymidine检测的出色方法,且未显示出任何的毒性效果。EdU(5-乙炔基-2'.-脱氧尿苷)是一种胸苷核苷类似物,在活性DNA合成期间掺入到DNA之中。与BrdU检测法不同,EdU In Vivo Assay不依赖抗体,因而不需进行DNA变性来检测掺入的核苷。恰恰相反,EdU In Vivo Kit利用点击化学法来检测不同种类的染料荧光示值。此外,该试剂盒的实验方案经过简化,减少了总步骤数同时大幅缩减了总耗时。简单的点击化学法检测步骤可在30分钟内完成,在结果的内容和情境丰富程度方面,堪比多重分析法。这一款体内试剂盒的设计秉承一种理念,即使您可以结合如下三种baseclick EdU细胞增殖试剂盒之中的一种:
