Tris 是生物化学和分子生物学中已确立的基础标准品和缓冲液。可单独作为缓冲液使用,也可作为混合缓冲液配方的组分,如 Tris-EDTA (TE) 缓冲液、Tris-acetate-EDTA (TAE) 缓冲液、Tris-borate-EDTA (TBE) 缓冲液等。它纯净,基本稳定,相对不吸湿,具有很高的当量。
