生化/生理作用

甘草素具有抗糖尿病和抗胆汁的特性。它通过抑制活化B细胞核因子卡帕轻链增强子(NF-κB)依赖的诱导性NOS (iNOS)诱导,对Raw246.7细胞产生抗炎活性。甘草素可通过阻挡Hippo/Yes相关蛋白质并转化生长因子-β1 (TGF-β1)/小母抗Dpp (Smad)组分抑制肝纤维化形成。它是一种选择性雌激素受体β调节剂细胞。甘草素通过破坏线粒体膜电位和增加活性氧的产生而诱导SMM-721细胞凋亡。
