该盐酸溶液含4.0 M盐酸,溶剂为1,4-二噁烷。常用作脱保护剂,用于各种氨基酸和多肽上的叔丁氧羰基(Boc)脱保护。还可作为各种有机合成的反应试剂,比如,可用于合成N-9-芴甲氧羰酰-(Fmoc)氨基酸氯化物。
應用
氯化氢溶液(4.0 M的二恶烷溶液)可用作:
- 从各种杂环衍生物中脱除 N-Boc保护基团的试剂。
- 脱除聚合物保护基的试剂。比如,二苄醚保护的聚合物的脱保护。
- 与nCl2 结合的聚合物引发剂,用于从乙烯基乙醚(EVE)合成甲酰基封端的聚(乙烯基乙醚)。
