生化/生理作用

作用机制:庆大大霉素通过和30S核糖亚基结合,引起密码子误读,阻碍肽酰转移酶从供体位点转移到受体位点。庆大霉素通过它与外膜的结合来发挥它对铜绿假单胞菌的杀菌作用,它在外膜上置换天然阳离子,使膜不稳定,并在细胞表面形成孔。

抗菌谱:包括革兰氏阴性和革兰氏阳性细菌,包括对于四环素、氯霉素、卡那霉素和粘菌素,某些特定假单胞菌菌株,变形杆菌属,StaphylococcusStreptococcus 的抗性。
