IsoStrip小鼠单克隆抗体分型试剂盒是一个简单的三步法试剂盒，可用于快速鉴定小鼠单克隆抗体。
内容物
内容物
- 显影管，含有预先包被抗小鼠Ig抗体的冻干乳胶珠
- 分型试纸条，预先包被亚类和轻链特异性抗小鼠Ig抗体
特異性
与乳胶珠结合的抗小鼠抗体将与任意同种型的小鼠单克隆抗体反应。试纸条上固定的山羊抗小鼠抗体，能与各种常见的小鼠抗体同种型（IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b、IgG3、IgM和IgA）以及轻链发生特异性结合。
浓度为1.0 μg/ml时，对所有特异性抗体（IgML除外）的特异性：≥ 2
IgM Lambda, 浓度为1.0 μg/ml时：≥ 1
浓度为1.0 μg/ml时，对所有特异性抗体（IgML除外）的特异性：≥ 2

準備報告
工作溶液：稀释样品
- 从罐中取出所需数量的分型试纸条。取下相同数量的显影管的盖子。
可以用铅笔或实验室记号笔标记显影管，方便识别。 - 使用1％ BSA/磷酸盐缓冲盐水（PBS）稀释含有小鼠单克隆抗体的样品，pH 7.2至7.6。
培养上清液样品应以1:10至1:100稀释。腹水样品应按1:20,000稀释。这些是推荐稀释度，具体取决于样品中的抗体浓度。根据我们的经验，稀释样品的单克隆抗体
浓度为0.1至1 g/ml时可获得最佳结果。将150ml上述稀释样品加入显影管中。
