儲存和穩定性

ENStem-A神经扩增培养基应在储存于-20°C，直到使用。 解冻后，应向膨胀培养基中添加最终浓度为2 mM的新鲜L-谷氨酰胺（未提供）。解冻后，应保存在2-8°C，并有1个月的有效期。 分装成等分试样，以避免每次使用前反复加热。

FGF-2（10 μg，冻干）应使用100 μL 5 mM Tris-HCL（pH 7.6）复溶，最终浓度为100 μg/mL。 分装成等分试样，以避免反复冻融。 储存于 -20°C。
