一般說明

一种大环内酯类抗生素,可作为液泡型H+-ATP酶(V型; Ki = 500 pM)的特异性抑制剂。区分不同类型ATP酶的有价值的工具。阻断巨噬细胞溶酶体胆固醇的转运,干扰脑细胞的pH调节。在细胞活力测定中,对多种细胞具有细胞毒性作用。据报道,可选择性地抑制β-分泌酶,这是一种参与淀粉样蛋白前体蛋白(APP)加工的酶。HPLC法测定纯度为97%的InSolution形式,也提供≥90% DMSO溶液(目录号508409)提供。
