• Quantitation of Carisoprodol and Meprobamate in Biological Samples: A method using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) was developed for the quantitation of carisoprodol and its metabolite meprobamate in urine and plasma, contributing significantly to pharmacokinetic studies and drug metabolism research. • Simultaneous Determination in Human Plasma: A study presented a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method in polarity switch mode for simultaneous determination of carisoprodol and aspirin in human plasma.
