應用

生化/生理作用
C6神经酰胺(d18:1/6:0)可参与到增殖抑制和细胞凋亡诱导。当与酸性神经酰胺酶抑制剂DM102,即[(2R,3Z)-N-(1-羟基十八烷基-3-en-2-基)新戊酰酰胺]结合使用时,可有助于人乳腺癌细胞系的细胞死亡。C6神经酰胺可作为化疗的一种辅助手段。它可通过AKT(丝氨酸/苏氨酸特异性蛋白激酶)去磷酸化和α-微管蛋白乙酰化引发抗肿瘤作用。
