應用

18:1 Lyso PA 或1-油酰基-2-羟基-sn-甘油-3-磷酸盐已被用于:研究其对嗜铬细胞瘤细胞12 (PC12) 和原发性星形胶质细胞中的瞬时胞内钙浓度[Ca2+的影响。它还被用于研究其对禁食的小鼠中血糖水平和身体耐力的影响。

生化/生理作用

对LPA的生物反应:细胞增生、抑制分化(成神经细胞瘤细胞、成肌细胞)、血小板聚集、平滑肌收缩、神经递质释放、应力纤维形成/细胞变圆/神经突起退缩、细胞表面纤维连接蛋白结合、肿瘤细胞侵袭、趋化作用(盘基网柄菌变形虫)、Cl介导的膜去极化(成纤维细胞)、基于连接蛋白43的细胞间通信的抑制、增加的紧密连接渗透性(脑内皮细胞)注意:LPA的生物活性似乎需要长的(即C16至C18)酰基碳链,这种碳链通常与膜脂质有关,尽管对单一类型酰基碳链的最适宜要求不是普遍性的。生物活性随碳链变短而下降。在血清中,含有LPA 的油酰基和棕榈酰脂肪酸是主要类型。
