20:4 Lyso PI或1-花生四烯酰基-2-羟基-sn-甘油-3-磷酸肌醇（铵盐）是磷酸肌醇的铵盐，在甘油主链的sn-1位置被花生四烯酸取代。
L-α-溶血磷脂酰肌醇（LPI）循环水平的升高与癌症相关，而且LPI是G蛋白偶联受体GPR55的有效配体。
應用
