生化/生理作用
6-羟基多巴胺合溴化氢(6-OHDA)是一种神经毒素,可诱导氧化损伤并破坏含儿茶酚胺或交感神经末梢。它常用于诱发实验模型中的帕金森′病。6-OHDA可通过产生活性氧物质,引发细胞应激和细胞死亡而发挥细胞毒性。
