Applicazioni

Anti-CCDC67 antibody is suitable for immunocytochemistry. Anti-CCDC67 antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . Azioni biochim/fisiol

CCDC67 (coiled-coil domain containing 67) gene has its promoter methylated in many gastric cell lines and gastric tumors. Hypermethylation leads to suppression of this gene, which might aid in tumorigenesis. Hence, CCDC67 might act as a tumor suppressor gene.
