Applicazioni

Reference material (RM) is intended for evaluatingmethods used to determine isoflavones in soy protein isolates and similarmaterials. It is also used for quality assurance when assigning values toin-house reference materials.

• Mass fraction values for isoflavones in soy protein isolate are provided on Dry-Mass Basis and traceable to the measurement processes and standards used by NIST.
